How to Make AI Hentai: Prompts, Models & Settings That Work
A practical guide to generating good AI hentai - what to type, which model families matter, and how to fix the classic failures like broken hands.
Step 1: Start from a structured prompt
Hentai models are trained on booru-style tags, so comma-separated descriptors beat full sentences. A reliable structure:
character (hair, eyes, body) → outfit → pose / action → setting → lighting / mood
Example: silver long hair, red eyes, elf, black lace lingerie, sitting on bed, moonlit bedroom, soft light. You can try it right now in our free generator - no account needed.
Step 2: Pick the right model family
Almost every serious NSFW anime tool runs on one of two fine-tune families:
- Illustrious-based (what our default "Anime" style uses) - the strongest current family for true anime/hentai aesthetics and NSFW anatomy.
- Pony-based - more flexible, goes semi-realistic well; our "2.5D" style uses it with the score-tag system it expects.
Step 3: Let the negative prompt do the heavy lifting
Extra fingers and third hands are not bad luck - they are what happens without a strong negative prompt. Our generator automatically applies a full anti-deformity negative (bad hands, extra limbs, fused fingers, bad proportions and ~30 more terms), so you do not have to paste it yourself. If you use other tools, copy a comprehensive negative prompt before anything else.
Step 4: Settings that actually matter
- Steps: 25-35. Below 20, hands and eyes fall apart; above 40 you pay more for nothing.
- Guidance (CFG): 4.5-6 for Illustrious, 5-7 for Pony. Too high makes colors burnt and poses stiff.

Step 5: Iterate like the pros
